Popcorn Treats

I looked out the window and what did I see?

Popcorn popping on the apricot tree.
Spring has brought me such a nice surprise.
Popcorn popping right before my eyes.

I could take an armful and make a treat,
a popcorn ball that would smell so sweet.
It really wasn't so, but it seemed to be,
popcorn popping on the apricot tree.

Popcorn Treats:
3 cups mini marshmallows
6 tbs butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 bag popcorn, popped

Pop the popcorn and place in a large bowl, set aside. In a saucepan melt butter and brown sugar, then add marshmallows. Allow marshmallows to melt, 4-5minutes over medium heat.  Pour mixture over popcorn and toss to combine. Eat right away.
